Born in Montreal, I have had a lifelong passion for the world of art. I have spent my life enhancing my skills, whether it was learning about haute couture, carving, or photography. However, it was in painting that I found complete fulfillment.
With the encouragement of my teachers, I enrolled in various art programs and seminars, including the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design.
I settled in Nova Scotia in 1972. In the early eighties, I opened a studio in West Lawrencetown, Nova Scotia (about ten miles from Halifax). Here in my studio I create works of art that reflect my very personal view of how I see my subject matter in a way for others to appreciate.
Some of my newest creations incorporate series of visual fine art that have not yet been made available to the general public including, “Spiritual World of Wisdom” , “Seascapes”, “Fashionable Expressions”, and many more.
I have always had a passion for fashion design. Over the years I have created thousands of mix and match unique design ensembles, many of which you can view in my virtual gallery.
While I am a solo artist, I have also had the opportunity to work on projects with visual directors, architects, project managers, as well as interior designers and decorators. I have completed numerous projects on commission for private and commercial clients such as fine art painting reproductions, various mural scenes, and aging or restoring existing art work.
During my career, I have exhibited in numerous art shows and won many awards here in Canada and in the United States.
